Leadership Development Program (LDP)

This program is strictly meant for those who want to become managers or mid-level managers to get promoted to director level. Lot of professionals struggle to get to management roles due to the following issues

· Lack of effective communication

· Conflict resolution

· Issues in presenting self

· Effective team management

· Understanding corporate politics

· Too technical in communication

· Fear of speaking up

· Navigating through the system

· Ineffective status reporting

In this 6-week program, we will go through lot of case studies and discuss scenarios. You will be provided with templates for everything you learn and instantly can use at your work. The cost for enrollment is $350 and you will be given 6 months of counseling after the initial 6-week training. Everything is on-line with one session on a week day and one session over the weekend. Holiday season is the best season where your work downtime is your career best time. The event date shows as March 31st 2020 but classes start on or before February 15th, 2020 based on enrollments.
