Pathway to Successful Career

As part of the annual tradition, AVS Academy conducts a 6-week on-line program under Career Counseling and Mentoring Services called *Pathway to Successful Career* that exclusively targets working professionals who are stuck in their career without any growth prospects. There are many reasons behind this type of career issues primary due to the following

• Fear of change & comfort in current job
• Not able to elevate yourself
• Communication issues
• Ineffective presentation
• Fear of technology
• Issues with public speaking
• Not able to map future needs
• Not able to understand corporate politics
• Too much workload and no time management
• Inappropriate LinkedIn and Resume updates

This is a six week bi-weekly on-line session (Every Thursday PM and Sunday PM) that takes a case study approach along with 1:1 sessions. We do exercises and discussion on each topic with homework. At the end of the session, you will have a much poised approach to your career advancement. Cost to enroll is $350 for the program. Session registration starts on this Thursday 10/31/19 and registration closes on 11/6/19. Classes to start on 11/10/19 for 6 weeks.
