Hi Charita,
Great recap of the meeting. After discussing with my parents to reflect of this call, I learned that communication and efficiency is key when working as a project manager. My parents told me that there were many situations where if the manager was not clear and direct with his requirements, then the whole team would be deeply affected and would push the deadline further which is very inefficient.
