The workshops in AI & Economics and Experimental Drones went very well followed by a product design session in Space medicine.
The primary objective of AI & Economics is to highlight three key areas: (1) the positive effects of artificial intelligence on the global economy, (2) the potential negative consequences of AI for economic development, and (3) the ways in which economic shifts driven by AI can generate new opportunities, including the creation of jobs and roles.

The experimental drones workshop, led by Rishir and Neil, provided an introduction to fundamental drone concepts, including essential components, various drone types, and key application areas such as agriculture, search and rescue, construction, and manufacturing. The team is now preparing a comprehensive project plan aimed at the successful development of drones and the integration of computer vision AI technology.

The Space Medicine team is in the process of developing an application intended to serve as a comprehensive database and information resource for space medicine, encompassing pertinent calculations. The project’s primary focus areas include radiation exposure, bone degeneration, human physiology in microgravity, and muscle mass preservation. Current initiatives are aimed at streamlining the application by consolidating modules and improving organizational structure. The timeline is as follows:
· Next project meeting: Friday at 8 p.m. EST
· Application setup or initial preparation to be completed before the meeting
· Compilation of necessary information by July 23rd
· Debugging phase to follow
