IT Shadow in STEM Meeting - 03/02/2021
Hey guys! I hope you were able to learn something from today’s call. Feel free to leave a comment or summary of what you heard and feel free to discuss with each other under this post. Also, if you have any questions, don’t hold back and add to this post so if others know the answer, they could respond. Overall, great session and I’m highly looking forward to the next one!
Hi Charita,
Great recap of the meeting. After discussing with my parents to reflect of this call, I learned that communication and efficiency is key when working as a project manager. My parents told me that there were many situations where if the manager was not clear and direct with his requirements, then the whole team would be deeply affected and would push the deadline further which is very inefficient.

Interest in Information Technology
Hi uncle, I am interested in the shadow in IT program.

There are 2 main types of methodologies and they are the Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Waterfall Methodology is the client tells you what their specifications are at the beginning of the sprint and what they need in the product and you giving them an end product based on the things they said they needed in the beginning. Agile Methodology is when the developer has a lot more interaction with the client throughout the whole timeline. They regularly check in with the client throughout the whole time period. One advantage of using the Agile methodology is that the customer will be more satisfied because they will be able to change the product as needed throughout the timeline. The waterfall methodology will leave no room for unexpected changes to the client’s needs.
